We have scheduled office hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2p - 4p. If you are unable to reach us, we might be teaching a class. Please leave a message and be aware that because we teach offsite and have a broad schedule and it may be after office hours when we return calls. Please leave an appropriate number.

The new CORE INSTRUCTOR COURSE is now available. this self-guided CD and book are the initial requirement for new instructors. Cost of the Core Instructor Course is $45.00 and needs to be completed prior to the instructor class. This can only be purchased from a training center. Please call the office and we can ship it directly to you. When completed, call the office to schedule your instructor course. The cost of the instructor course is $150.00, which includes your training, evaluations and mentoring, but does not include the instructor kit. Instructor kits vary by discipline and are available through the training center or one of the American Heart Association distributors.

For Instructors

CPR With Mickey Community Training center is now up and running to serve Paulding and West Cobb counties. All classes taught must be on the new roster and include a student evaluation from each student in order to process completion cards. All cards will be mailed back to instructor to disperse to students. If you do not have either of these forms, they are available for download on this page of the web site. All BLS cards for students are $4.00 each, ACLS & PALS provider cards are $5.00 each. A check, money order or credit card number must accompany each roster that needs cards printed.

Manikins, videos/dvds, instructor kits and books are available for rental and/or purchase from the training center. Quantities are limited, so please plan ahead and check for availability.

If you, as an instructor, have a difficult time trying to teach your required number of classes (four classes each two year renewal period) before your card expires in June 2007; please feel free to check our class schedule and email me if you would like to be an additional instructor at a class held at our office. Our class schedule is growing every day and you should check the web site frequently for changes.
