In an effort to keep the cost of completion cards down, you may enter your class roster and pay via credit card to receive your cards as quickly as possible. The online entry also keeps entry errors down; each instructor inputs their own students' names and contact data. AHA allows training centers up to 30 days to complete cards and return them to instructors. CPR With Mickey strives to complete rosters quickly and as economically as we can. All BLS cards are $5.00 each, when entered online. If you choose to send the roster in and have the office staff enter it, BLS cards will be $7.00 each. If you need to rush your cards, the BLS cards are $10.00 each and will be completed within 24 hours. Advanced Life Support cards (ACLS & PALS), when entered online, are $7.00 each.
When entering rosters online, you will need to enter a start date and time to continue forward with the program. Enter all instructors who taught at the class, even if they are not affiliated with CPR With Mickey. Enter a student, first and last name and any additional information you might need in the future to contact for renewals. If more students participated in the class, just click on the "add student" button and all of the class information will be propagate for as many as completed the class. The program is very user friendly, but if you have additional questions, please call the office 770-573-2448.

We have scheduled office hours at the main office in Dallas: Monday through Friday from 9a - 4p. The American Heart Association allows the training center 30 days in which to print cards from instructor rosters. Cards can be entered online and are mailed directly to the instructor.
For Potential Instructors
Part one is the CORE INSTRUCTOR COURSE. this self-guided CD and book are the initial requirement for new instructors. Cost of the Core Instructor Course is $45.00 and needs to be completed prior to the instructor class. This can only be purchased from a training center and only needs to be completed one time for any/all AHA instructor courses. Please call the office and we can ship it directly to you. When completed, check the schedule for the next instructor course. The cost of the instructor course is $150.00, which includes your training, evaluations and mentoring, but does not include the instructor kit. Instructor kits vary by discipline and are available through the training center or one of the American Heart Association distributors.
For Instructors
CPR With Mickey Community Training centers' main office is in Dallas, Ga, with a satellite office in Cartersville. All classes taught must be on an AHA roster and include a student evaluation from each student in order to process completion cards. All cards will be mailed back to instructor to disperse to students. If you do not have either of these forms, they are available for download on this page of the web site.
Manikins, videos/dvds, instructor kits and books are available for rental and/or purchase from the training center. Quantities are limited, so please plan ahead and check for availability.
